Global Mobilizer

Position Scope: This position is responsible for the mobilization and initial engagement of prospective missionary employees, guiding individuals from their first point of contact through the early stages of the application process. With a focus on identifying, recruiting, and encouraging those exploring cross-cultural ministry, the Global Mobilizer plays a vital role in helping raise up new workers for the harvest and shepherding them toward missional service with Communitas. This role provides leadership in candidate cultivation and recruitment efforts, including building relationships with prospective missionaries, facilitating discernment conversations, maintaining engagement throughout the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring a smooth transition into the formal application process. Working closely with a small team, the Global Mobilizer helps develop and implement strategies that increase awareness of missionary opportunities and identify individuals called to serve internationally. A key focus of this role is fostering meaningful connections with prospective missionaries while also understanding the ministry needs and opportunities within Communitas fields and projects. Through relational engagement, effective communication, and thoughtful coordination, the Global Mobilizer serves as a bridge between those exploring missionary service and the ministries where God may be calling them to serve.
