We are looking for a hybrid technical operator capable of building, operating, and scaling B2B customer acquisition systems using 100% automated infrastructure (Zero-Human). Your mission is to transform advertising budget into high-ticket meetings and scale our digital presence by executing the strategic vision through Artificial Intelligence, leaving manual creation and repetitive tasks behind. In addition, you will build an evolution in the company's business model, automating and packaging repetitive tasks, leaving humans as architects and optimizers of the system. Core Responsibilities Core Content Ops & AI Generation: Production, editing, and scaling of videos and creatives for social networks using Artificial Intelligence tools (HeyGen, CapCut Pro, ElevenLabs, Midjourney/DALL-E, etc.)
