About the role In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable business from an assigned group of brokers and partnering closely with our Sales organization. You will underwrite and manage products across Coalition ’s portfolio, with a particular focus on enterprise-sized clients (~$1B+ revenue), while serving as a trusted partner to brokers and customers. You will help clients better understand how to protect their businesses, bringing together underwriting expertise, business acumen and a relationship-first approach. This is a remote opportunity that can be based anywhere in the Central US with a strong preference for the Greater Chicago area. Responsibilities Underwrite and manage Coalition ’s largest and most complex new and renewal accounts, while maintaining alignment to underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, and carrier requirements. Shape overall portfolio strategy through management of the broker relationships responsible for placing Coalition ’s largest and most complex accounts. Maintain disciplined underwriting files, documentation, and internal tool usage in line with Coa
