Summary: This role combines live technical training delivery with instructional design and e-learning development for Clio Operate customers. The Technical Trainer serves as a Clio Operate subject matter expert who assesses customer needs, delivers engaging live sessions, troubleshoots technical and configuration questions, and builds, maintains, and continuously improves self-paced Articulate Rise courses that scale training across the customer base. Responsibilities Assess customer technical environments and workflows to identify training needs, and recommend appropriate training solutions to enhance their practice management and productivity. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for customers covering various aspects of Clio Operate. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and best practices on utilizing Clio Operate to optimize workflows and productivity. Troubleshoot technical and configuration questions that arise during training sessions, escalating complex issues to support or engineering as needed.
