POSITION SUMMARY - RENEWABLE ENERGY SENIOR CORPORATE ATTORNEY Clean Energy Counsel , a mission-driven law firm dedicated to accelerating the world’s transition away from fossil fuels, seeks to hire a highly qualified junior corporate associate with approximately 3 years of law firm experience and strong academic credentials to join our growing corporate practice. This attorney will work alongside experienced attorneys to advise clean energy companies, project developers, investors, private equity funds, and other clients on a broad range of sophisticated corporate and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate law and meaningful experience supporting complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Candidates should have excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of discrete transaction workstreams and contribute effectively to deal teams.
