Senior Specialist, Contract Governance & Digitization - Canada Remote

OVERVIEW Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Management & Governance, the Senior Specialist, Strategic Contract Data Governanceis responsible for leading proactive contract governance, standardization, and contract digitization enablement initiatives across Circular Materials ’ enterprise procurement and contract lifecycle processes. This role is accountable for establishing standardized contract structures, pricing schedules, Statements of Work (SoWs), exhibits, and operational language before procurement cycles begin, ensuring contracts are operationally scalable, analytically consistent, and digitally optimized. This role requires deep expertise in commercial contract interpretation and contract lifecycle management. The successful candidate will analyze complex contractual agreements, understand negotiated business and operational requirements, and translate contractual obligations, pricing structures, service deliverables, and governance requirements into standardized operational, reporting, and system-ready data structures. Success in this role requires the ability to bridge legal, procurement, operational, and technology disciplines to ensure contract terms can be consistently governed, digitized, and operationalized across the enterprise.
