The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, team management ability, very strong communication skills, and is energized by the opportunity to create scalable systems that support CAA’s mission and continued growth. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and serve as a critical member of CAA’s Financial Leadership Team, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape accounting practices, strengthen financial discipline, and support informed decision-making as the organization expands.
