Intern - Operations Center: Student Support (São Paulo)

The Center for Corporate-School Integration (CIEE) is a non-profit philanthropic and non-economic institution, recognized as a social assistance entity that, through various programs, among them the apprenticeship and student internship programs, provides adolescents and young people with comprehensive training, integrating them into the world of work. CIEE has a diversity program that welcomes and respects who you are and how you want to be! Assist students with registration and the dissemination of opportunities; Update client records; Register internship program data, keeping the database updated; Direct the assisted public to the Portal pages according to the requested services; Clarify client doubts about products and services; Assist and register new clients; Assist in feeding the database (client registration); Perform technical dissemination of products; Provide customer service via email, telephone, and WhatsApp for information regarding processes. Currently enrolled in higher education in Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Propaganda, or related courses; Basic knowledge of the Office Package and/or G-Suite and the ability to easily handle computerized systems is required. Essential to have good spoken and written communication and a predisposition to handle activities that require focus. Must have at least 1 year remaining to complete graduation/internship.
