About the Role We are seeking a truly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is focused on building new business opportunities, driving pipeline through proactive outreach, and supporting our sales and partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with proven success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification. You will have a solid track record of hitting and exceeding targets, demonstrate career stability, and thrive in a collaborative environment working alongside partners, account managers, and the wider sales team. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify potential new customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Target of 8 Enterprise opportunities per month over 1k users. Pipeline Development: Create a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team by booking meetings and demos. Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners and account managers to coordinate campaigns, share intelligence, and maximize joint opportunities. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs including activity metrics, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.
