Information Security Coordination - DevSecOps Focus

Coordinate the DevSecOps and AppSec team, supporting squads/champions and security in the development lifecycle. Define guidelines, standards, and security practices for applications, APIs, integrations, pipelines, and development pipelines. Support the implementation and evolution of SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, API security, and bot/abuse protection tools. Work alongside squads to prioritize, treat, and prevent vulnerabilities in systems. Promote a security by design culture, shift-left, and shared responsibility with technology teams. Define maturity indicators, coverage, vulnerabilities, recurrence, and time-to-remediate. Support technical governance of application risks, critical integrations, and applicable regulatory requirements. The selection process for this vacancy may take longer to complete, with an expected finalization by the end of 2026. Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems. Experience in AppSec, DevSecOps, application architecture, or software security. Knowledge of OWASP, API security, CI/CD pipelines, code analysis, and vulnerability management. Experience with application security tools and integration with agile processes.
