Director, Provider Engagement

This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US. Position Purpose: A senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the performance and alignment of provider engagement efforts across multiple lines of business (LOBs). This role requires a forward-thinking leader to develop and execute strategies that enhance provider relationships, improve quality, reduce costs, and optimize utilization, all while aligning with overarching organizational objectives. Ensure the achievement of quality, cost, and utilization targets across assigned regions or LOBs by monitoring and addressing large-scale performance trends. Provide strategic guidance to leaders and their teams, addressing complex challenges and fostering an innovative and results-driven environment. Partner with team and leadership to ensure provider engagement strategies align with enterprise-wide priorities, market needs, and regulatory requirements.
