Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Analyst to support the Technical Project Managers in driving day-to-day project execution. This role is highly hands-on with Jira and Confluence administration, reporting, and coordination activities, ensuring the project team has accurate, timely, and well-organized information to make decisions and keep implementations on track. Key Responsibilities: Jira & Confluence Administration Set up, configure, and maintain Jira projects, boards (Scrum/Kanban), workflows, issue types, custom fields, and permission schemes for the project team Create and maintain Confluence spaces, pages, templates, and project documentation repositories Ensure data integrity within Jira — clean up duplicate/stale tickets, enforce naming conventions, manage backlog grooming support Manage user access, roles, and project configurations in collaboration with IT/Jira admins Troubleshoot day-to-day Jira/Confluence issues for project team members Project Coordination Suppo
