About the Role We are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants to drive AI-enabled modernization and customer outcomes across enterprise clients. This is not a traditional consulting role focused on deliverables. You will own the end-to-end success of assigned customers —from onboarding to adoption to measurable impact. You will work directly with engineering, architecture, and leadership teams to: Apply CAST ’s software intelligence to real systems Enable AI-assisted transformation initiatives Ensure outcomes are practical, usable, and production-ready You will operate in a flat, high-ownership environment , where individuals are expected to lead from the front and drive results independently.
