This role is central to enabling the CRO and CFO in leading high-performing, purpose-driven function(s) that keeps the company running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with strategic objectives. As a trusted business partner, you’ll bring pace, challenge, and clarity helping shape the function, drive accountability, and ensure priorities stay on track. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Performance Monitoring Refine function-level strategic plans aligned with the company’s broader objectives. Track progress against strategic goals, producing regular performance reports and insights to inform decision-making. Governance & Reporting Coordinate and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and updates for Governance Committees, Steering Groups, and other senior forums. Financial Oversight & Efficiency Monitor functional budgets and expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and improved resource allocation. Support financial planning cycles and contribute to business cases where required.
