Zoho Dev Analyst

This is a remote position. We work with Zoho One and the Zoho suite of products. Helping businesses to automate, become more efficient and systematic. We are looking for a Business Analyst for Zoho CRM implementation projects.You will lead the design, planning, and implementation of Zoho modules and workflows, driving tangible improvements in our organizational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to discern business needs, planning the development of new modules and workflows, implementing enhancements, and conducting comprehensive training sessions. We are seeking an individual with a blend of robust business acumen, strong communication skills, and technical prowess to excel in this dynamic role.
