Operations Execution Analyst II

Job Summary The Operations Execution Analyst will support the Business Operations Strategy & Solutions (BOSS) team in the execution of strategic initiatives and operational improvements across Service Operations. This role will partner closely with Project Managers, executive sponsors, IT, Workforce, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure key initiatives remain aligned, on track, and successfully delivered. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects, driving timelines and deliverables, facilitating meetings with stakeholders at different levels of the organization, and developing and delivering effective presentations. The role will also contribute to process improvement, change management, and the integration of AI tools into workflows.
