About the Role Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager II to support strategic initiatives within our Direct Business Unit. In this role, you will provide project management and portfolio support for business initiatives of varying complexity and impact, ensuring effective planning, coordination, execution, and delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to manage project schedules, track deliverables, identify risks, and facilitate timely decision-making. You will also play an important role in coordinating meetings, following up on action items, preparing reports, and communicating project progress.
