Sr. Agile Project Manager

Job Overview: The Senior Agile Project Manager leads complex technology activities that enable Cambium’s strategic objectives. Acting as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), the Senior Agile Project Manager facilitates Program Increment (PI) planning, manages dependencies across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and promotes continuous improvement at scale. The Senior Agile Project Manager partners with business units, vendors, and technical teams to implement systems, infrastructure, and digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert to senior leadership on Agile transformation. Communicate program goals, progress, and risks clearly and proactively. Project, Program, Portfolio & Agile Management: Lead PI planning and ensure alignment of objectives across ARTs and portfolios. Leads Scrum of Scrums. Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Oversee progress tracking for multiple teams and programs using KPIs and various metrics. Agile Leadership & Coaching: Serve as an enterprise-level Agile champion, mentoring teams and Scrum Masters. Support organizational maturity in Agile practices and scaled frameworks (SAFe). Facilitate advanced Agile ceremonies and coach leadership on Lean-Agile principles. Organize and facilitate PI planning events and ART syncs.
