As a Caliber trainer, you'll be joining a fast-growing company aimed at reshaping how people train with expert guidance, delivered 100% virtually through the Caliber mobile app and web platform. Minimum Qualifications NCCA accredited certification with preference for CSCS, NSCA-CPT, or other strength and conditioning focused credentials (ACSM, ACE, NASM also accepted). 1+ years of experience in online coaching. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Understanding of proper exercise technique, especially for primary weight training exercises such as the bench press, squat, and deadlift. Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of fitness levels. Available to work at least 20 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field. CSCS certification or other advanced strength and conditioning credentials.
