Remote Customer Advisor (M/F)

BCG Conseils is a recruitment firm dedicated to banking and finance. We have been commissioned by one of our clients, a leading player in the French wealth management market located in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), to recruit a Remote Customer Advisor (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). Within our telephone platform consisting of about ten people, your duties will include: Managing incoming calls (approximately fifty per day) regarding contract management, Managing daily life-cycle operations for life insurance contracts: deposits, portfolio rebalancing, transfers, surrender and settlement operations, Second-level service checks, Daily processing of various technical rejections, Processing of complex cases, Interacting and following up with other company departments (Middle/front office, finance). The position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), and is to be filled as soon as possible. You will benefit from training and personalized support to integrate the team. With a Bac to Bac+3 education in banking/insurance, you have 3 years of experience as a remote advisor, strictly within banking, insurance, personal protection (prévoyance), or mutual insurance. You are rigorous, organized, and demonstrate a team spirit. Knowledge of management procedures related to life insurance contracts would be a plus.
