Notion Expert (M/F)

Business Evasion, a specialized actor in the BtoB sector, is looking for a Notion Expert passionate about organization, workflow optimization, and automation. You will be in charge of structuring, configuring, and optimizing Notion for Business Evasion and its clients, while training internal and external teams to ensure complete autonomy in using the tool. Main Missions: Design and optimize Notion workspaces for smooth management of internal and client processes. Automate workflows to improve productivity and collaboration. Train internal teams and clients to guarantee their autonomy on Notion. Create user-friendly educational resources (guides, videos, templates). Provide support and follow-up for teams and clients to ensure seamless adoption. Profile Experience and Training: Proven experience in optimizing Notion workspaces. Experience in user training and support. Experience in business process management and organization. Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Notion and its advanced features. Experience in structuring and optimizing Notion workspaces. Competency in automation and third-party tool integration. A plus: experience in creating educational videos. Personal Qualities: Autonomy and proactivity in implementing solutions. Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
