We are looking for a Staff Engineer who cares deeply about: Designing systems that scale 10x and 100x Failure domains and blast radius reduction High availability and reliability engineering Clean abstractions and long-term maintainability Architecture that enables speed, not blocks it What You Will Do Lead architecture, design for high-scale systems across payments, EDC, credit, and merchant platforms Design for multi-region expansion and high transaction volumes Establish and elevate system design review standards Drive platform thinking across squads Identify scaling bottlenecks before they hurt Reduce operational burden through thoughtful abstractions Mentor engineers and grow them You will work directly with engineering leadership and influence product decisions where system
