The Role The Optimization Engineer plays a key role in helping customers achieve measurable business results throughout their journey with Braincube , from onboarding and deployment through adoption, value realization, and expansion. In this role, you’ll work directly with customer teams to understand their operational challenges, translate business objectives into actionable improvement opportunities, and help drive sustainable gains in areas such as uptime, throughput, quality, and efficiency. You’ll serve as a critical link between technical execution and business value, partnering closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across multiple sites and levels of an organization, advising customers on digital maturity, Manufacturing Excellence, Six Sigma, and broader continuous improvement initiatives. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical operations, with downstream experience considered a plus. This is a high
