Senior Developer

Job Description Responsible for the design, development, testing, automation, and support of complex on-premises and cloud-based software and technology solutions. This role will help advance the Center of Excellence by delivering solutions across enterprise automation suites, application integration, scripting, reporting, and AI-enabled automation. The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on automation platform experience, and the ability to learn and apply different technologies across a variety of complex assignments. What You’ll Do Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions, integrations, scripts, reports, and AI-enabled solutions using the technologies best suited to each business need. Write clean, testable, maintainable code following established software engineering standards. Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and automation patterns using company-approved technologies. Partner with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to translate complex needs into technical solutions. Support CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and DevOps practices across development environments. Troubleshoot complex development and production issues and implement solutions that improve reliability and performance. Build reporting and monitoring capabilities.
