Program Manager

Position Overview The Program Manager leads day-to-day delivery for a program, major initiative, or coordinated set of related projects and workstreams involving Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The role establishes integrated governance and planning, coordinates project managers and cross-functional contributors, and ensures scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, quality, risks, and outcomes are managed as a connected whole. Serving as the primary delivery escalation point within the assigned scope, the Program Manager aligns client and internal stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs, resolves cross-workstream constraints, and maintains program-level transparency. The role guides project managers through delegation, review, and coaching while escalating account, portfolio, or organizational decisions to the appropriate owners and improving delivery practices across the program.
