Manager of Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Transformation

We are seeking a leader to develop and consolidate BIP's Operational Technology and Industrial Transformation offering. The position will combine business development, solution building, and executive leadership of complex projects. The challenge will be to expand our footprint in industrial systems into a broader agenda of automation, IT/OT integration, MES/MOM, data, and artificial intelligence applied to operations. This person must operate with a high degree of autonomy, develop executive relationships, and work closely with business units, Centers of Excellence, and partners to build solutions and go-to-market strategies. They may also assume executive leadership of industrial transformation projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and connecting client objectives to decisions regarding processes, architecture, integration, and technology. The project presented as the first opportunity, for example, requires the coordination of different disciplines and acting as the primary interface between business leadership and technical teams. The position is predominantly remote and open to professionals throughout Brazil, with availability for travel and on-site work with clients.
