Main activities: Perform process mapping, As-Is design, and presentations with gap identification and meeting minutes drafting; Develop a To-Be process aligned with client expectations; Develop functional system specifications focusing on modifications introduced by the new processes; Support project scope control and escalation management process to ensure compliance with the schedule and scope; Support other consultants with project demands. Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
