As the TradFi PMO at Binance , you will own end-to-end delivery of the next phase of our Traditional Finance (TradFi) expansion; a strategic, P0 program extending the firm's offering beyond digital assets. You will drive a portfolio of initiatives spanning new TradFi product lines, new markets and regions, and external data and infrastructure partnerships. You will orchestrate product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and finance across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions, keeping a single integrated plan, clear accountability, and executive-level visibility from roadmap to launch. Responsibilities Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, maintaining milestones, critical path, and cross-workstream dependencies across all initiatives in the portfolio. Run the PMO operating cadence: weekly workstream r
