Key Responsibilities Responsible for the design, day-to-day operation, and continuous improvement of high-performing algorithmic strategies for different products. Own strategies development and growth roadmap, while ensuring alignment with the overall business mandates. Work closely with quant developers to provide design specifications and ensure efficient deployment of strategies and risk controls into production systems. Collaborate with operations, clearing, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate onboarding of new instruments and funding requirements. Participate in and initiate projects to innovate trading and execution solutions across different trading platforms and on-chain infrastructures.
