Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into Binance Earn Research proven wealth management and investment product structures in traditional finance, and redesign them in a crypto-native way for Earn users Work closely with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess product feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts, with strong focus on user value, product design, and operational efficiency Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products to identify new product opportunities Support end-to-end product operations, including product launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management Contribute to product design by combining financial product knowledge, user unde
