Epic Willow Pharmacy Automation Analyst

Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for an Epic Willow Pharmacy Automation Analyst to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting with a focus in pharmacy automation. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of most phases of applications system analysis and project management. Participates in projects of various sizes and budgets that may or may not have system-wide implications. Essential Duties : Have technical knowledge and the ability to work independently in core areas of the supported application(s), able to resolve problems of moderate complexity. Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements. Identify project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate.
