Tech Lead (m/w/d)

You lead the development of our digital platform along the product vision. You are responsible for the software architecture and the technology stack of our platform. You optimize the development process in close cooperation with the team and the founding team. You empower the tech team to make their own decisions. You support the implementation of software development projects. 5+ years of experience in implementing end-to-end solutions (frontend + backend). Ideally, you have previously worked in the role of a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer. You bring solid experience in the areas of cloud (ideally with Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes) and web technologies (ideally Angular, Kotlin). You have worked with various database systems, ideally PostgreSQL, Firestore. You have experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines. You enjoy integrating testing into the development process.
