Technical Product Analyst - (Open to remote)

Penguin Random House is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to join the Customer Operations team supporting Distrotheque (DTQ), our proprietary metadata and asset distribution platform. DTQ plays a critical role in distributing book metadata and digital assets to PRH customers and partners and continues to evolve alongside the changing needs of our business and the marketplace. Reporting to the Director, Customer Operations & Product Management, the Technical Product Analyst will work closely with the team's Business Systems Analyst and internal technology partners to support the ongoing development, testing, and reliability of DTQ. This role will provide technical and analytical support throughout the product-development lifecycle, with particular focus on detailed requirements, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and release readiness. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how complex systems work, digging into technical and data-driven problems, and ensuring that software solutions function reliably and meet business requirements. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
