If you like challenges and want to grow and develop yourself, #VemSerBern 💙 🎯 What you will do in your daily routine: Provide service and support to users, suppliers, and clients, answering questions and assisting with the supplier registration process; Perform analysis and re-analysis of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) documentation to ensure compliance of the documents submitted; Register, monitor, and handle incidents, resolving demands efficiently through our internal procedures and systems; Act consultatively with suppliers, providing guidance on pending items and requirements necessary for registration regularization; Use systems and digital platforms to monitor and manage the area's activities; Analyze the main reasons for user, supplier, and client contacts, identifying opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the reduction of recurring tickets, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer service experience; Collaborate with the team in the continuous search for process improvements and excellence in the service provided. 🔑 To nail this position
