This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of assigned indirect commodity strategies. Core Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies for assigned indirect commodities, aligning sourcing plans with business priorities, total cost of ownership, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and value creation. Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, working-capital improvements, demand-management opportunities, and process efficiencies while sustaining required service levels. Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including stakeholder requirements gathering, demand forecasting, market analysis, supplier identification, RFx events, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and business-case development. Negotiate, execute, and implement commercial agreements—including long-term agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, pricing, service-level agreements, and contract terms—in partnership with Legal, Finance, and other relevant functions.
