Senior Payroll Specialist

As the Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and confirming our systems and processes are set up to ensure payroll compliance with state, federal, local payroll rules, and tax regulations. This role will make certain any changes in payroll tax laws are implemented across all lines of business. This position will conduct weekly and quarterly audits of current payroll set-ups to certify compliance and put together a project plan to address any needed changes. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Senior Payroll Specialist will work closely with other members of the accounting team, third party payroll processors, and other groups across the organization.
