Call Center Agent Outbound Sales - Specialized Media (m/f/d)

For an exciting outbound sales project in the publishing and specialized information sector, we are looking for German-speaking freelancers to advise customers by phone, present products, and actively leverage sales opportunities. Work for our Avedo Contact Center as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for Outbound Sales in the specialized media sector – on a freelance basis. What we offer: 100% remote as a freelancer – work from wherever you are most productive; project start on June 8, 2026; performance-based compensation: payment per productive minute + commission for successful sales; structured training before project start; clear processes, systems, and contact persons; predictable project scope of approx. 25 hours per week; independent scheduling of your working hours within project timeframes. Your responsibilities: contacting customers and prospects via outbound sales; presenting products and services from the publishing and specialized information sector; active needs assessment and professional conversation management; following up on leads and sales opportunities; documenting customer contacts and results in the CRM system; utilizing modern systems, tools, and knowledge bases. Requirements / Your Profile: very good German language skills (C2 level) in spoken and written; initial experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service – ideally in a contact center.
