Our trusted, boutique approach combines agility, transparency, and creative thinking to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients The role: As an Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play an instrumental role in building and scaling the financial analytical intelligence capabilities that power decision-making across Augment Risk . Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will translate raw financial and operational data into actionable insights, design self-service analytics infrastructure, and partner across the organization to uncover opportunities that drive growth and efficiency. You will collaborate closely across the organization to move beyond retrospective reporting to predictive, forward-looking intelligence - while also rolling up your sleeves on core FP&A cycles.
