The Impact You’ll Make In this role, you will: Manage and Resolve Technical Cases: Own core case management and customer communication, troubleshooting technical issues and translating system behavior into clear guidance for clients. Perform Root-Cause Analysis: Analyze logs, replicate customer environments, and troubleshoot issues across cloud data platforms and the AtScale semantic layer. Collaborate with Engineering: Document clear, actionable escalations for code-level bugs, collaborate with development teams to track fixes, and verify solutions before closure.
