Backend Java Tech Leader

Objective: Responsible for leading the technical design of solutions developed within the squad, ensuring early value delivery with high quality while adhering to architecture, security, and data guidelines and standards. Functions: Holds the technical vision for the applications of the squad/tribe/CoE to which they belong. Ensures that developed applications are robust, scalable, comply with technological standards, and are built under security and architecture guidelines. Ensures operational stability of the application, identifying impacts and dependencies with other applications for new functionalities and support. Leads a team of 6 people. Experience: 4 to 8 years participating in projects with solutions integrating Java backend components. Experience developing APIs/microservices and/or integration components (web services, REST services). Experience in Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, or Application Provider Companies (preferred but not mandatory). Experience solving cross-platform compatibility issues and integrating with front-end components (web/mobile). Experience in software development best practices. Experience with Security Frameworks. Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related fields (Completed technical degree).
