Sr Compensation Analyst

Overview of Position The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a key analytical and consultative partner within Assurant ’s Global Compensation team. This role transforms complex compensation and workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations that support competitive, equitable, and financially responsible pay decisions. Working with compensation leaders, People Business Partners, Finance, and business stakeholders, the Senior Compensation Analyst independently manages market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation programs, data analysis, reporting, and complex stakeholder requests. The role applies compensation expertise, analytical judgment, and knowledge of internal practices and external market trends to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions. The Senior Compensation Analyst will also help advance the function’s future-state capabilities by identifying opportunities to improve compensation processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, enhanced reporting, and process augmentation.
