Job Description The Senior Account Manager owns renewals and expansion across a book of roughly 80 enterprise manufacturing accounts, working alongside an existing Account Manager on a growing team. The core mission is shifting expansion from inbound-driven to proactively sold, from new modules to full rollouts at new sites. This role reports to the VP of Customer Experience. Drive expansion through new modules and new sites, shifting from inbound-led demand to proactive outreach.
