Overview of the Work / What You Will Do: As the Head of Investments, you will co-lead investment strategy and execution within Arrived . You’ll manage and grow our portfolio ($400M+ AUM in equity and credit products across 65,000+ investors) and our Investments team (investment leaders, sourcing, acquisition, asset management, and due diligence). You’ll design innovative new investment products alongside our Product and Finance teams. Your leadership can directly influence how millions of people invest in real estate through Arrived . How You Will Contribute: Set and Scale the Investment Strategy Manage and optimize our investment strategy and portfolios across real estate equity, credit, and hybrid products. Develop and maintain investment theses, portfolio construction frameworks, risk frameworks, and underwriting standards to achieve desired return targets. Create new, innovative, and alpha-generating products for Arrived ’s investors. Continuously evaluate markets, asset types, and capital structures to position Arrived investment offerings for long-term performance.
