Job Description Aramark Nexus is hiring a Director of Business Development to help drive growth across our workforce hospitality business. This highly visible sales leadership role is responsible for identifying, developing, and advancing new business opportunities with clients in infrastructure, energy, technology, industrial, construction, remote workforce, and other complex operating environments. The Director of Business Development will lead the sales process from prospect identification through strategy, proposal development, client presentation, negotiation, and successful close. This role requires a strong strategic seller who can build relationships with senior decision-makers, understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and clearly communicate how Aramark Nexus can support large-scale workforce communities.
