Solutions and Software Architect

About this position: The solutions and software architect will work in collaboration with a team of experts to produce the software architecture that outlines the various modules or elements of a system and their interrelationships. Your responsibilities: You will be responsible for choosing the application and software solutions that constitute the high-level application architecture of a system; You will be responsible for establishing applicable software programming standards; You will act as a coach to developers during the software solution implementation phase; You will work in a team with quality assurance and operations managers to establish the necessary metrics for monitoring application quality and performance; You will possess the expertise necessary to implement persistence layers and cross-system integration; You will be accountable for architecture and design choices influencing the design, implementation, operation, and evolution of systems, depending on when you join a project team and the specific nature of its mandate. Requirements: Hold Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit; Be able to work in French (oral and written); Have a minimum of five (5) years or more of experience.
