What You’ll Do As part of our remote team, you’ll provide members with information and support while guiding them through the enrollment process. Connect with members who are seeking benefit information and assistance. Review eligibility requirements and explain available programs. Respond to incoming inquiries and provide clear, timely answers. Follow up with members to address outstanding questions and next steps. Learn about individual needs and priorities through structured conversations. Present appropriate coverage options based on each member’s circumstances. Assist with enrollment forms and required documentation. Maintain professional and organized communication throughout the process.
