Director, US Patient Services Operations

Reporting to the Senior Director, US Patient Services Operations Lead, the Director, Program Delivery is responsible for the leadership, execution, and optimization of day-to-day operations supporting of the US Patient Services team across patient access, affordability, and service delivery. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver a high-quality, compliant patient and provider experience. This individual will have three direct reports. This position will report to the Senior Director, Patient Services Operations Summary of Key Responsibilities Maximize operational efficiency using available data, on the ground learnings, and market research while optimizing both internal and external service partner measures Execute ongoing audits of launch analytics and reporting for Alnylam Assist, Field Reimbursement and Channel functions and ensuring appropriate data capture in custom CRM Design and build of new dashboards to support ongoing and future product launches Delivery of all financial services programs offered by Alnylam Assist Surveilling competit
