Fluent spoken and written English. Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms. Deep understanding of the hiring process and features of the Colombia IT talent market. Participated in the setup of a new team in Colombia, has general knowledge of opening an R&D office of an IT company Knowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multi-national companies in Colombia. Strong client focus with the ability to build effective sourcing strategies and trustful relationships, supporting them in executing ambitious growth plans. Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems. Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, and languages. Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
