About the Role
Location: Argentina Multinational company in the retail sector. Work modality: 100% remote work possibility. We are looking for an IT Operations Transformation Lead to drive intelligent automation initiatives, AIOps, and Artificial Intelligence applied to technology operations. The person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling automation solutions and AI agents, driving operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation in complex corporate environments. Main responsibilities: Lead intelligent automation and IT Operations transformation projects. Drive Generative AI, AIOps, and AI agent solutions. Automate incident management, requests, infrastructure deployments, and operational monitoring. Integrate platforms and systems via APIs. Ensure governance, security, traceability, and operational continuity of the implemented solutions. Manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and vendors. Promote the adoption of new technologies and manage organizational change. Essential requirements: Minimum 5 years leading technology projects.
