To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Technical Service Specialist. Main responsibilities: Conducting installations, upgrades, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of laboratory equipment; Communicating with customers; Consulting company employees regarding equipment; Performing administrative tasks within regulated deadlines and informing management of any arising difficulties; Strictly adhering to quality regulations; Tracking used spare parts; Completing and submitting service reports, ensuring data accuracy, and working within the SRM system; Interacting with customer service specialists to ensure the best support quality; Complying with company regulations regarding discipline and communication ethics.
